On October 15, the President of Poland Bronisław Komorowski, after opening the BioNanoPark, visited the Survivors' Park.

The president was accompanied by representatives of the authorities of the city of Łódź, MPs and members of the delegation. The walk started from a climb on theMemorial Mound, from which the entire Park can be seen.

The president paused at a plaque commemorating Marek Edelman (No. 219), then laid flowers at the memorial to the Council for Aid to Jews "Żegota".
The president concluded his vist laying a wreath at the monument of the Righteous Among the Nations.
